  • Last updated: 7/1/26

Because we provide perishable and farm-sourced products, all sales are generally final. We take product quality seriously, but responsibility for proper handling transfers to the customer once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the carrier's delivery records.

    General Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Missed or delayed pickup

    • Failure to be available to receive a delivery

    • Failure to retrieve a delivered package promptly

    • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided during checkout

    • Shipping addresses that are not suitable for receiving perishable deliveries, including P.O. Boxes, mail forwarding services, apartment mailrooms, package lockers (unless specifically approved), or other locations where packages may not be immediately retrieved

    • Improper storage or handling after receipt

    • Spoilage resulting from time outside refrigeration or freezing

Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store all perishable and frozen items properly and immediately.

Customers are also responsible for following any handling and safety instructions provided with their shipment, including proper handling and disposal of any dry ice used for shipping. Failure to follow these instructions may compromise product quality and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

    Eligible Refunds or Replacements

A refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered only if:

    • You received the wrong item

    • The product was significantly damaged or compromised at the time of pickup or delivery

    • There was a verified fulfillment error on our part

    Timeframe for Claims

Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

To review a claim, we may request photos, descriptions, or other supporting information.

    Resolution

If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

    • Replacement of the item

    • Store credit

    • Partial or full refund

    Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address that is suitable for receiving perishable deliveries. Orders should be shipped to a physical address where someone can promptly retrieve the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for products that thaw, spoil, or become compromised because a package was left unattended, delivery notifications were missed, an incorrect address was provided, or the shipping destination was a P.O. Box, mailroom, package locker, forwarding service, or another location where the package could not be promptly received or retrieved.

This policy explains how we handle pickup, delivery, and order fulfillment.

    Fulfillment Methods

    Orders are fulfilled through:

    • Local pickup

    • Local or regional delivery (where available)

    • Other arrangements agreed upon at the time of purchase

    Processing Time

Processing times may vary depending on availability and order type. We will provide estimated fulfillment timing when the order is placed or confirmed.

    Pickup

Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time and location. Missed pickups may result in delayed availability, order cancellation, or additional fees depending on the situation.

    Delivery

If delivery is offered, customers must ensure that:

    • The delivery address provided is accurate

    • Someone is present to receive the order at the time of delivery (if required)

Once delivery has been completed to the provided address, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a shipping address that is suitable for receiving perishable deliveries. We recommend shipping to a physical address where someone can promptly receive and retrieve the package. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or to P.O. Boxes, mail forwarding services, apartment mailrooms, package lockers, or other locations where the package may not be immediately retrieved.

    Perishable & Frozen Products

Because many of our products are perishable or frozen, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly handle and store items immediately upon receipt.

Shipments may contain dry ice to help maintain safe temperatures during transit. Customers should handle dry ice with care, avoid direct contact with bare skin, keep it in a well-ventilated area, and allow any remaining dry ice to dissipate naturally. Dry ice should never be placed in an airtight container, sink, toilet, or enclosed trash container.

Customers must be present at the time of delivery and ensure that all perishable or frozen goods are promptly placed into appropriate refrigeration or freezing conditions to maintain safety and quality.

We are not responsible for spoilage, thawing, loss of quality, or food safety issues resulting from delayed retrieval, unattended packages, missed delivery notifications, improper handling or disposal of dry ice, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failure to properly store products after delivery or pickup.

    Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
